United Kingdom Tourist Visa

Following are the documents required for UK student visa:

Application filled up online at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk Pay fees online and make appointment for biometrics. Print out both application and biometrics appointment sheet
Appendix-8 for Adult student

Get your biometrics done
US passport. If you don't have US passport then you need to show proof of legal status e.g. Green card or valid visa and I-20 etc
Two passport size photos
Original visa letter + copy
Original acceptance letter +copy if you need the document back
Original bank statements for last 3 months and copies. Bank Funds for tuition fees and maintenance must be maintained for atleast 30 days.
If bank statements is provided by parents then a letter of support from parents and an original and copy of birth certificate
Original transcripts and copy
