China Visa |
- US Citizens
Following documents are required for a visa to China:
- Visa
Application Form
- Original, signed United States passport with at least
6 months of remaining validity and 2 blank pages.
- Two passport size photos.
- Multiple Entry Letter. If multiple entries are desired,
a detailed letter explaining precisely why the multiple
entry visa is necessary. The decision to grant or deny
the Multiple entry visa to China lays entirely with
the China Embassy.
- Travel Itinery
- When applying for a child with Chinese parents, the
applicant must provide a copy of the child's birth certificate,
a copy of the parents' Chinese passports and proof of
parents' status in the United States.
- For applicants born in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong
following are additional requirements:
- Name written in Chinese characters
- Copy of a previously issued Chinese visa or copy
of the information page from your Chinese, Taiwanese,
or Hong Kong passport.
- Non US Citizens
In addition to the above documents following is required
for non-US citizens:
- Valid passport with green card / valid visa or I-94
stapled
- Bank Statement for the last three months
- Hotel Reservation
- Travel Insurance
You can bring these documents or ship it via Fedex only
at the address below. ( Do not ship the documents via
UPS or DHL or Express mail ). Email us the tracking number.
