port-of-entry to seek admission. A proof of present status in
the United must be presented.

US Non-Immigrant Visa, (whether it is in your current passport
or an expired passport)
The
original I-94 card issued by US authorities at the time
of your entry into the US
If
in United States on a B1/B2 proof of ties to the country
of residence
if
on employment visa proof of employment
