Brazil Visa |
Following are the requirements
to apply for Brazil Visa:
- Your passport, valid for at least 6 more months upon
your arrival date in Brazil;
- Application
form per applicant completely filled out online
- One recent 2x2 passport-photo, front view, white background.
- A copy of your round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary
- For minors following are the requirements:
- Original + one copy of birth certificate
- Notarized letter
of consent signed by parents
- Applicants must submit a photocopy with proof of residence/address
that matches the address on the visa application exactly.
Photocopy of state issued ID (Driver License or ID), or
major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) must be
submitted.
- Applicants who are not Citizens of USA, but hold long
term US visa or a Green Card should submit a copy of the
visa or the Green Card. Do not send the original Permanent
Residence Card/Green Card.
You can bring these documents
or ship it via Fedex only at the address below. ( Do not ship
the documents via UPS or DHL or Express mail ). Email us the
